An evaluation plan has been developed by the project team regarding every phase of the project.

The evaluation will also be done on several levels including different target groups using relevant methodologies. The evaluation of the project will be on several steps: - Daily reflection where participants in the international groups will evaluate the day which we past; this reflection will be every day before the dinner. - Final evaluation of the activities by the participants; it will be on the last day of the mobility where participants will evaluate all the process in a non formal way. Evaluation will be in different forms on creative way where participants will have the opportunity to evaluate the idea of the project, team, trainers and the results of the projects. - Individual assessment of participants where each participant will receive written evaluation form which they will fill personally. - Evaluation from the project team, where trainers, facilitators and coordinators will evaluate the activities on the last day and get feedback on what can be improved, strengths and weaknesses of the project. - Peers evaluation when sending organizations will have meetings with the participants back in their home countries and they will evaluate together the project. During the Training course will be given time to present a Youth pass, and describe the competencies acquired by the participants themselves. This will be a time for self-assessment of what they have learned and how the participants have changed as a result of the TC. Their acquired skills and knowledge is one of the key performance indicators to the project. There are various methods for the final assessment of the participants, through interactive methods and questionnaires. Evaluation will be made at the level of project-team on the basis of activities carried out, opinions of participants, a reaction of the local community. All above mentioned steps of evaluation will be debriefed and summarized in the final report of the project, which will be sent to the National Agency
